- 30g Sugar free seed and nut mix
- 30g Gluten free oats
- 1 Cup unsweetened, non-dairy milk, like almonds
- 2 or three dried prunes
- Some berries
- Put into bowl and eat!
- You can vary the fruit and add cinnamon or flaxseed meal or whatever takes your fancy
