
Porridge
Ingredients
Juice of one small orange (let’s hope it’s sweet)
- 1 Tbs yogurt (I used a vegan version made out of coconuts)
- 1 Tbs maple syrup (you could use honey, but I’d feel sorry for taking away the bee’s food)
- Some crushed walnuts
- 40g oats (I used Gluten Free)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Some other fresh fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Take a bowl
- Add juice, yogurt, maple syrup and mix
- Now add the oats
- Add the small amount of cinnamon and mix again
- Sprinkle with walnuts
- Top with fresh fruit
- Done!
