Ingredients

  • Juice of one small orange (let’s hope it’s sweet)
  • 1 Tbs yogurt (I used a vegan version made out of coconuts)
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (you could use honey, but I’d feel sorry for taking away the bee’s food)
  • Some crushed walnuts
  • 40g oats (I used Gluten Free)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Some other fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add juice, yogurt, maple syrup and mix
  3. Now add the oats
  4. Add the small amount of cinnamon and mix again
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts
  6. Top with fresh fruit
  7. Done!
