Beans in Easy Italian Tomato Sauce

     0.50 tsp Onion Powder
     0.50 tsp Garlic Powder
     400 g Peeled and Diced Tomatoes
     1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
     1 pinch Stevia or Erythritol
     1 tbsp Tomato Paste
     0.50 cup Prepared Vegetable Stock
     1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper

    Heat a medium pot over low heat, add all the ingredients and stir.

    Simmer for 15 minutes and it's done!

    Serve as much sauce as you would like and then store the rest up to four days in the fridge or freezer.

    Add half a cup of beans of your choice into the sauce.
