Pea Soup

     1 cup Frozen Peas
     0.50 Sliced Leek or 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
     1 Clove Crushed Garlic
     Enough Vegetable Stock to cover
     1 dash Unsweetened Plant Milk
     Dried or Fresh Mint Flakes

    Take a small pot and add all vegetables to the pot.

    Cover with vegetable stock (not too much liquid).

    Bring to the boil.

    When vegetables are soft, leave them to cool for a bit.

    Add mint and cracked black pepper.

    Blend.

    Add some plant milk, but not too much so that it stays nice and thick.
