    Ingredients:
     Juice of one small orange (let's hope it's sweet)
     1 tbsp Yogurt (unsweetened soya is my choice)
     1 tbsp 1 teaspoon of erythritol [a safe calorie free sweetener with modest heart health benefits]
     Some crushed walnuts
     40 g Oats (I used Gluten Free)
     Sprinkle of cinnamon
     Some other fresh fruit of your choice

    Take a bowl

    Add juice, yogurt, maple syrup and mix

    Now add the oats

    Add the small amount of cinnamon and mix again

    Sprinkle with walnuts

    Top with fresh fruit
