Spicy Vegetable Pattie, makes 10 small patties

    Yields1 Serving
     1 ½ finely chopped spinach or kale
     1 broccoli florets, chopped
     1 grated carrots
     2 grated ginger root
     1 bell pepper, finely diced
     1 chili pepper [optional]
     1 chickpea flour
     1 chili powder
     1 garam masala
     1 chaat masala
     1 ½ lemon juice
     [optional]
     ½ rolled oats
    Eat a couple as a snack or 3-4 as part of a main meal.

    METHOD
    In a bowl, add all the ingredients, knead, and tightly squeeze until you get a nice ball of dough.
    Form the patties.
    Preheat a non-stick pan to medium hot.
    When ready, add the patties and cook them on medium heat.
    When they become golden brown on one side, flip and cook them on another side.
    It is very important to cook them over medium slow heat so that they cook outside and also from the inside.
    Do not cook them in a hurry.
    Repeat the process for the remaining dough.
    Serve hot or cold.
