2 cups Mixed green leaves
1 Bell pepper, diced
½ cup Roasted pumpkin cubes
½ cup Steamed green beans
⅓ cup Pecan halves or pieces
1 tbsp Maple syrup
½ cup Tinned, drained and rinsed kidney beans
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 180C

Place pecans in a dish, add maple syrup and stir to coat

Place nuts onto baking sheet into oven at 180C

Toast in oven for 5-8 minutes

Place all other ingredients into a salad bowl
